Californian architect Bruce Bolander has been designing residential and business buildings since 1995 from his workplace in Malibu. Certainly one of his creations, the Gartner Residence, lies on the banks of a river, superbly expressing its form at nightfall. The residential design of this house captured us with its refined simplicity that provides a sense of magnificence to the road it’s located on. Large home windows permit a full view of the river and welcome sunshine indoors. The outside design appears quite regular, however the inside options some fairly cool furnishings and finishes. Take, for instance, the black bookcase within the research: a tremendous recreation of color and darkness creates an ideal room for studying and rest. This home sits between two streets: on one aspect the primary entrance, on the opposite- the storage. Vibrant and pure colors make the interiors have a chic but cool approach of blending. Additionally, a variety of glass was used when designing this residence. A small courtyard accomplishes the necessity for recent, clear air and provides the a lot wanted connection to nature.
